Since 2012, the office has been offering reliable legal services to individuals, companies, and institutions both in Finland and internationally. The office provides representation in court as well as other legal consultations in both Finland and Germany. The focus areas are criminal law, contract law, and international family and inheritance law. The firm is part of the international Avolink network of lawyers, allowing it to leverage the expertise of network members worldwide. Legal services are offered in Finnish, German, English, and Swedish.
About Us
Lawyer Timo Engels holds a legal degree from both Germany (assesor iuris) and Finland (Master of Laws qualification). Engels has studied at the universities of Cologne and Helsinki and has worked as a lawyer since 1997. Engels is a member of the Finnish Bar Association and the German Hanseatische Rechtsanwaltskammer, and he uses the professional titles of Attorney (Finland) and Rechtsanwalt (Germany). He also serves as the trusted attorney for the Embassy of the Republic of Austria in Helsinki.

Price List
The initial consultation is free for the first 15 minutes. The hourly rate for private individuals starts at €320 gross. Depending on the complexity of the case, the hourly rate may be higher. For corporate clients, the hourly rate starts at €380 gross. Travel time is charged at 50%. Any expenses incurred in handling the case will be fully charged. If the client is entitled to legal aid, the fee is determined according to legal aid legislation.
